c)Terrain- The types of physical geography in Japan are there is a mountain chains, one of their famous one is the Kuril Trench, which is 10,000 meters wide. In Japan, most of the land has hills or mountains. There is the Japanese Alps and the Fujiyama. Fifty volcanos are active in Japan and could erupt. That lands contain many tiny rivers, the longest one is named Shinano, which is 230 miles long. Japan also has good amount of lakes, their biggest lake is called Biwa Lake. In the beginning, I wrote that the Japan is between the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. Japan's coast line is about 16,000 miles long.
